We interviewed one of our lovely, local customers just before Christmas… Here’s what CG Professional had to say:
Hello, please introduce yourself and your company?
Hi! My name is Gillian and our Company is CG Professional, based in Chorley.
What does your company do and what is your role here?
We are employment law and HR specialists, we have two Employment Lawyers and I am an HR Consultant.
Who are your ideal clients?
We love to work with both successful and developed businesses, as well as those just starting out.
What types of things should people come to you for help with?
We work with businesses on setting up their contracts, policies and handbooks, assist with strategic planning and training, and handle employment issues when they are needed.
Who is on your team and what are their roles?
Stacey Turner and Louise Myers are solicitors and our Legal Directors, I deal with the HR side of things, and we have Jess Wilkinson who is our Legal Assistant.
What is the best part of your job?
Getting out and about and working directly with clients, helping them to resolve issues quickly and effectively. I also love the training side, again spending time with people.
What is your professional spirit animal and why?
Ha ha love this! I’m going for cat, I like being warm and snoozing in the sunshine.
Do you have any pet hates in the office? If so what are they?
When the Christmas chocolates are left in the office and they just jump at me!
What bit of friendly advice would you give to our readers regarding Christmas?
Shop with small local businesses – you can get some lovely individual gifts you just don’t see in big stores.
Lastly, please give a sentence or two about your experience with GEM Inks this year.
GEM have been really helpful over the last year, we’ve had printers installed and serviced and very helpful reminders to top up the ink supplies before we run out – easy to do when you’re busy! The service is always friendly and we haven’t been able to beat the prices – or have to haggle to get the best price, which is a nice change!
Thank you for chatting with us, have a lovely Christmas.
