Returns & Cancellations
The Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000 allows for a 7 day (7 working days from the day following the day in which you placed your order) cooling off period when you (the end user) have the right to cancel your order for a full refund. All goods must then be posted using a recorded delivery method to ensure their safe arrival with us. All returned goods must be unopened and in resalable condition. Once we have received the returned goods, we will refund your money within 20 days. The only exceptions are for specially ordered items, which cannot be cancelled. We reserve the rights to reject any orders from any customer for any reason and to cancel orders if we do not have sufficient stock to fulfil your order (E&OE). We also reserve the right to make changes to our terms and conditions at any time.
We do not disclose buyer's information to third parties outside of our core business or directly connected associates. Your information will only be used lawfully in accordance to the Data Protection Act 1998. Data will only be used internally to gauge advertising effectiveness; we may from time to time use your information to notify you of exclusive offers etc, if you would prefer not to be contacted at all, please let us know.
